All services are provided conveniently via telephone. I will call you for the sessions, so there are no phone charges to you (as long as it’s not a cell phone, which I do not recommend for the coaching calls anyway due to issues with dropped calls).

A headset is highly recommended for effortless and safe conversation, if you do not own one I will send you one with your start-up packet.

Payment can be made by Visa/Mastercard on-line via Paypal or over the phone if you prefer (Paypal accepts more card types as well as eChecks, even if you are not a Paypal member, and your card information is exclusively handled by Paypal.)

Concerning a coaching relationship

All techniques used represent a co-operative coaching effort (a do-with process) and do NOT have a treatment character (a do-to process). I am not licensed as a mental health professional. That means that I am not a Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Social Worker (MSW, etc.), or Counselor (LPC, LMFT, etc.) and you acknowledge that you have never worked with a licensed person on any issue you communicate to me. (If you have, you need to present a letter of referral from them before we can start our coaching sessions.) Furthermore, nothing that happens in our coaching sessions should be construed as, nor should you believe that it is a substitute for the advice of a licensed person.

I have been trained and certified in Huna, Accelerated Coaching Techniques, and Time Line Reprocessing, and will guide you through these techniques, alongside of non-therapeutic guided meditations. All of the above methods are based on the principles that a) all personal change happens at the level of the unconscious mind, b) the unconscious mind is accessible in a “normal” waking state, c) all guided meditation is a form of self-hypnosis, i.e. the meditation leader acts only as a guide.

All coaching services relating to these methods are geared toward practice of positive thinking and the capacity for guided as well as self-directed meditation. I do not represent my services as any form of medical, behavioral or mental health care, and I make no health benefit claims for my services. My services are not licensed, nor are they regulated by a governmental body, either in the state of Texas or likely your state of residence (if you live in Colorado or any other state that may have placed licensing requirements on Coaching, please inform me of this fact, and we will explore the applicable legal issue). It is highly unlikely that any insurance you may have will reimburse you for them.

Specifically, these services are not in any way to be construed as psychotherapy, counseling, hypnosis for health care purposes, hypnotherapy, or biofeedback, in compliance with the laws and regulations of the State of Texas. If you require any of these types of services, please contact an appropriate licensed person. I will only provide you those services in which I have been trained, and, if I find that I cannot assist you, will refer you to a licensed person who can help.

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is for internal use only. I do not disclose information to any third parties except where directed to do so by law or under court order. (The State of Texas requires notification under certain circumstances.)
